Your Role

We are looking for a Project Management Consultant to support pre-project activities and automation initiatives.
The role requires strong expertise in stakeholder management, budget follow-up, and preparation of high-quality presentations for top management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-project phase activities, including project framing and governance setup
  • Manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Monitor and follow up on CAPEX budget requests
  • Ensure alignment with internal PM frameworks (e.g., PMF standards)
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations
  • Support automation initiatives in coordination with relevant teams
  • Provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior leadership

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting processes, particularly CAPEX
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in structured PM frameworks
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (top management exposure)
  • Fluent in French and English
