Operational Excellence Project Manager

Your Role
In our client's Sterile & Packaging departments, you will:
- Focus specifically on Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS)
- Moderate and coach root cause analyses of complex problems
- Objectively challenge and coach complex CAPAs
- Support the RCPS phase for complex NC/CAPA discussions
- Moderate cross‑functional teams during NC/CAPA discussions
- Build RCPS capability through on‑the‑job coaching
- Visit the shop floor when required to understand problem areas
- Participate regularly in tier meetings related to CAPAs
- Collaborate with Operations, MSAT, GET and QA
- Support a long‑term collaboration of at least six months or until the end of the year
- Scope may expand based on findings during the diagnosis phase
- Ownership for root cause identification remains with the investigation owner and QA
Your Profile
- Operational Excellence knowledge with Lean Green or Black Belt certification
- RCPS certification and experience in complex problem solving
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations
- Profound knowledge of CAPA and process improvement
- Excellent project management, coaching and leadership skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Daily mobility to Beerse that would later go down to three days per week
