YOUR ROLE

As a Power Platform Lead with a focus on AI, this role plays a key part in guiding customers through their digital transformation journey by leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot, Studio, Automate) and the broader M365 ecosystem. The position combines technical leadership, solution design, and strategic advisory responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on applying AI capabilities in low-code environments.

You key responsibilities include

  • Leading the design and delivery of Power Platform and AI solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Translating business challenges into scalable and practical technical solutions.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, supporting customers from discovery through adoption and optimization.
  • Providing technical leadership and promote best practices in solution architecture, ALM, and governance.
  • Contributing to governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI frameworks.
  • Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to drive adoption, value creation, and change.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a strong foundation in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and Azure fundamentals such as identity & access management, security, integration, and connectivity
  • You have proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Automate, Dataverse and Copilot studio.
  • You have practical experience designing or implementing AI-enabled solutions within a consulting role
  • You have a strong understanding of enterprise-grade solution design, including integration, governance, security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for the Power Platform.
  • You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • You have a professional working proficiency in Dutch and English. French is considered an asset.
