As a Microsoft AI Cloud Solution Architect, you will play a key role in helping our clients design, build and scale AI‑powered cloud solutions on the Microsoft stack. You act as a trusted advisor for both business and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into secure, scalable and cost‑effective AI architectures within the Microsoft ecosystem.

You guide clients from strategy to implementation, ensuring solutions are production-ready, responsible, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI and machine learning architectures on Azure, from data ingestion to model deployment and integration with enterprise systems
• You will help enterprises unlock the full potential of Microsoft’s AI‑powered stack, including Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI services and Responsible AI capabilities.
• Translate business and functional requirements into well-architected Microsoft AI solutions, aligned with security, compliance and cost‑optimization best practices
• Advise clients on AI adoption strategies, cloud migration, and modernization
• Define and promote Responsible AI principles and governance across solutions
• Lead proofs of concept, architecture workshops and hackathons
• Support presales activities, including solution design, estimations and client presentations
• Stay current with Microsoft AI and cloud innovations and share knowledge within Capgemini
• Coach and mentor junior architects and engineers

Your Profile

• Proven experience in an enterprise Cloud Solution Architect / AI Architect (or similar) role, owning solution scope end-to-end and leading stakeholders from design through delivery
• Deep technical expertise in Azure architecture and cloud-native design, including microservices, API design, event-driven integration, and platform landing-zone principles
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, Azure Machine Learning
• Knowledge of agentic AI patterns and frameworks (e.g. Semantic Kernel / Microsoft Agent Framework)
• Experience with Responsible AI, security and governance
• Proficiency in Python, C#/.NET for AI integration
• Familiarity with CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps and Infrastructure as Code
• Consulting mindset and client-centric approach
• Language proficiency in Dutch and English (French is considered an asset)
