Medior Project Manager

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for leading projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. Acting as the central point of coordination, you bring structure to complex environments, align stakeholders, proactively manage risks, and drive teams toward successful outcomes.

In this role you will play a key role in: 

• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. 
• Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across scope, schedule, resources, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies. 
• Translate business objectives and requirements into structured project plans, milestones, and deliverables. 
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and potential roadblocks while driving corrective actions when required. 
• Establish project governance, performance indicators, and communication plans to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment. 
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, handover, and closure while ensuring efficient use of allocated resources. 

Your Profile

We are looking for results-oriented professionals who combine a pragmatic mindset with a strong helicopter view, thrive in dynamic environments, and are eager to further develop their project management expertise across diverse clients and industries. 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and professional proficiency in French and English. 
• 2 to 5 years of experience managing projects, workstreams, or business initiatives. 
• Strong ability to structure complex situations, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. 
• Solid knowledge of project management disciplines, including planning, governance, risk management, budgeting, and reporting. 
• Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies and their practical application. 
• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile Project Management, Scrum, Leading SAFe, or equivalent are considered an asset; experience within the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
