Your role :

We are looking for a Project Manager who can work with a high level of autonomy and confidently manage projects end‑to‑end, while collaborating closely with stakeholders in a dynamic Life Sciences environment.

As a Project Manager, you will apply solid project management methodologies to structure and drive delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and to a high quality standard.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Manage projects with a strong degree of autonomy, ensuring structured and controlled delivery
  • Build and maintain clear project plans, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate resources, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and resolve issues in a proactive and solution‑oriented manner
  • Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of agreed project outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working
  • Develop and grow subject‑matter knowledge, building a solid medior‑level SME understanding over time

Your profile

 

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination and/or project management within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Experienced in planning, tracking progress, managing risks, issues, and dependencies, and keeping deliverables on track
  • Comfortable coordinating activities and engaging with multiple stakeholders in complex environments
  • Experience contributing to steering committees and leadership reporting through high‑quality slides and summaries
  • Motivated to continuously improve communication, storytelling, and visual presentation skills
  • Keen to further develop subject‑matter expertise and grow as a medior Project Manager
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP principles, and regulatory constraints.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
