Job Description

As a Methods Engineer in the Defense sector, you will be responsible for optimizing and developing manufacturing and assembly processes in the fields of electronics and electromechanics. You will join a dynamic, friendly, and motivated team within a growing company.

 

 

You will play a key role in:

 

  • Drafting operating procedures and analyzing procedures to follow for each production line while considering best practices and standards in force
  • Creating Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) and developing detailed work procedures for assembly operations
  • Writing technical specifications and monitoring production tooling
  • Supporting pre-series production and the start of product industrialization
  • Continuous improvement of production lines and training operators on working methods

 

Your profile

  • Engineering degree
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar field, ideally with experience as a Methods Engineer
  • Solid knowledge of electronic or electromechanical assembly processes and understanding of electronic circuit principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in French and good level of English
