YOUR ROLE

As a Materials Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative materials solutions that address environmental challenges while advancing automotive technology. Your expertise in material science, heterogeneous catalysis, and advanced analytical techniques will be crucial in driving our sustainability initiatives.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Leading research projects focused on Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) for CO₂ capture and conversion, contributing to sustainable automotive solutions
  • Conducting advanced microscopy and spectroscopy analyses using techniques such as TEM, SEM, and Infrared to characterize materials and their properties
  • Managing collaborative projects with external partners, ensuring timely delivery of research objectives and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Processing and interpreting complex experimental data to derive meaningful insights for automotive applications
  • Preparing comprehensive technical reports and scientific publications to document research findings and innovations

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry or PhD with 1-2 years of experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in heterogeneous catalysis and material science analysis techniques including IR, TEM, and SEM
  • Strong background in carbon neutrality (CN) related topics with a proven track record of scientific publications
  • Proficiency in Office applications, IT systems, and programming languages relevant to data analysis and visualization
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in materials research and development
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with patent applications and intellectual property management is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely
  • Fluent in English
