Your role
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Analysing maintenance and failure data — including MTBF, MTTR and OEE metrics — to develop, draft and continuously adjust maintenance strategies, covering preventive, predictive and Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) approaches.
- Identifying and implementing performance improvements for utility installations, including HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity and sprinkler systems, while maintaining critical spare parts lists.
- Supporting Root Cause Analyses (RCA) following breakdowns and acting as owner and executor of Management of Change (MOC) processes, serving as the technical point of contact for modifications and renewals of installations.
- Contributing to tenders and supplier selection for maintenance services, and documenting technical standards and instructions to optimise work processes.
- Collaborating closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and safeguard the continuity and quality of the maintenance process.
Your profile
- You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or an equivalent field, and bring at least 4 years of experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
- You have solid knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers) and hands-on experience with RCM, RCA and performance management methodologies.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch (the working language on the floor) and have a good command of English for reporting and collaboration with international colleagues.
- You are analytical, results-driven and proactive, with strong collaboration and communication skills, a process-oriented mindset, and ideally some familiarity with SAP PM.
