Your Role

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be the dedicated point of contact for clinical trial distribution activities within a Clinical Packaging & Logistics Operations team. Working closely with your manager and a small, collaborative team, you will take full ownership of end-to-end clinical supply chain operations in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Managing end-to-end clinical trial distribution activities including shipment coordination, order execution following QP release, returns, destruction activities, and study close-out — ensuring timely and compliant delivery on a global scale.
  • Overseeing warehousing operations including receiving, material dispensing, shipping, inventory management, and materials management, while maintaining proactive follow-up with transportation providers and carriers.
  • Reviewing, maintaining, and archiving GMP/GDP-compliant clinical trial documentation, managing both paper and digital archiving processes and ensuring all distribution activities meet Quality and HSE requirements.
  • Contributing to the writing and maintenance of SOPs, deviations, investigations, and change controls related to distribution activities, supporting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Acting as the primary internal contact for distribution operations and stakeholder management, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth shipment planning, execution, and invoice reconciliation.

Your Profile

We're looking for an autonomous, detail-oriented logistics professional who thrives in a regulated environment and can quickly take ownership of operational activities. You bring both technical logistics knowledge and a quality-focused mindset to everything you do.

  • Logistics and pharmaceutical expertise with 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, ideally within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated environment, with solid knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements and compliant documentation management.
  • Clinical supply chain exposure, including experience in clinical trial distribution, warehousing, inventory management, and coordination of international shipments with transport providers — cold chain experience is a strong advantage.
  • Systems and tools proficiency, with good IT skills and experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge in logistics or warehouse modules is highly appreciated, along with familiarity with digital and paper-based archiving processes.
  • Bilingual communication skills with full professional fluency in both French and English (spoken and written), enabling effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders across global operations.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with an analytical, structured approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a small, dynamic team.
