Lead AI Agent Engineer

Your Role

As a Lead AI Agent Engineer, you will take ownership of the full AI agent lifecycle within a Security Operations environment, from identifying high-impact use cases through to deployment, adoption and continuous improvement. You will design and build AI-powered solutions that create measurable value for security operations teams, working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and enterprise cybersecurity.

You will play a key role in:

• Designing, building and maintaining production-ready AI agents that support security operations use cases such as threat intelligence gathering, enrichment and vulnerability management
• Translating cybersecurity challenges into reliable, maintainable and scalable AI-enabled solutions suitable for enterprise production environments
• Identifying emerging opportunities where AI can create measurable value for security operations and rapidly validating these ideas through structured experimentation
• Collaborating closely with security analysts, engineers and subject matter experts to refine requirements, validate outcomes and support the adoption of delivered solutions
• Creating clear technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge transfer materials to ensure long-term sustainability and handover to the security operations team

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, security operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response or related cybersecurity disciplines
• Master's degree 
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment, including building, deploying and maintaining production-ready systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership from concept through to implementation, documentation and handover
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in multidisciplinary environments, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Comfortable operating in an evolving environment where requirements may mature over time, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to balance innovation with pragmatic delivery
