Your Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic private-sector clients while developing new opportunities within large Belgian and international enterprises. You will strengthen our presence at C‑level, expand our local footprint and offering, and contribute to shaping strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with key private-sector accounts.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and develop new leads in the private sector.
- Lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, procurement, business leaders).
- Promote our full services portfolio: fixed-price projects, managed services, and T&M.
- Shape complex proposals together with delivery and solution architects.
- Drive the full sales cycle, ensuring mutual value creation for both the client and Capgemini.
- Represent the company at industry events, business communities, and partner networks.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management within IT consulting or technology services.
- Successful track record engaging with large private-sector accounts.
- Demonstrated experience selling fixed-price, managed services, and time & material models.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, IT services, and consulting value propositions.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in French or Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
- Proactive, structured, and capable of building long-term strategic partnerships.
