Your Role
As a Junior Equipment Validation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that equipment, systems, and software in pharmaceutical environments meet regulatory requirements and operate as intended. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement validation strategies that ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Executing validation protocols for equipment and systems in pharmaceutical environments, focusing on warehouses, refrigerators, and other non-cleanroom facilities
- Supporting Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for production and laboratory software, including software on manufacturing equipment
- Performing spreadsheet validation to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Documenting validation activities and maintaining validation records according to GxP requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve validation issues
- Supporting the development of validation plans, protocols, and reports
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related engineering discipline
- Needs a first experience in validation within pharmaceutical or life sciences industries
- Daily mobility to Leuven
- Directly available to start
- Knowledge of GxP regulations, particularly those related to equipment and computer system validation
- Familiarity with validation documentation including protocols, test scripts, and summary reports
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Dutch (mandatory) and English
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
