YOUR ROLE

As a technical consultant within HCM at Capgemini Belgium, you will have the opportunity to participate in every phase of end-to-end implementations in the field of Human Capital Management technologies.

We focus mainly on Oracle and SAP technologies and as a member of our team, you will be challenged with a diversity of different tasks, like :

• Front-end and back-end development
• Designing and building interfaces
• Building and using Extract, Transform and Load tools to migrate data
• Constructing a functional and technical design for custom solutions
• Additional tasks like bug fixing, automation, managing the infrastructure offered by the Cloud provider, ...

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a bachelor or masters’ degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Engineering
• You are experienced with SQL
• You like to combine business with technology: you get energy from engaging with customers but also love to deep-dive into more complex and challenging technical analyses
• You are driven by new technologies & change
• You like to develop a broad technical skillset to respond to a variety of customer requirements and challenges, instead of focusing on an expertise in only one domain
• Native speaker in Dutch or French (and willing to improve the other language); with professional working proficiency in English
• You have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
• You are pragmatic, self-driven, a go-getter & enthusiastic
• You like to work in a (multidisciplinary) team
• You are eligible for security clearance
