Junior Project Manager | Automotive

YOUR ROLE

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering improvement projects across an international automotive environment, working alongside strategic alliance partners and key stakeholders across the automotive industry.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading and coordinating improvement projects, taking full ownership from initiation through to completion, ensuring milestones, risks and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked.
• Acting as a central point of contact between internal departments and external partners, organising and facilitating follow-up meetings that drive actions forward and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Conducting benchmarking activities to identify best practices and improvement opportunities, supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement programs across the organisation.
• Collaborating with alliance partners to identify opportunities for cost reduction and CO₂ emission improvements, including supporting discussions and negotiations with insurance companies on vehicle premiums and ratings.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Project Management or Project Coordination, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously in a structured and organised way.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience organising meetings, driving actions to completion, and building effective relationships across different business functions and cultures.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset — you are a self-starter who is comfortable working independently in an international and multicultural environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; experience or affinity with the automotive sector, value chain, supply chain, or operational excellence activities is a strong advantage.
• An analytical and problem-solving approach, with the ability to assess complex cost and performance data and translate findings into actionable project recommendations.
