Junior Process Engineer Flanders

Your Role

Location: Flanders region

As a Junior Process Engineer, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and support of industrial processes and technologies used in manufacturing and production environment. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working on innovative solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability, and product quality across various sectors. You will:

  • Support the design and improvement of production and assembly processes
  • Analyze process performance data and identify areas for optimization
  • Assist in implementing automation and digitalization initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve technical issues
  • Participate in equipment commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Document process changes, technical reports, and standard operating procedures

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in example in Industrial, Electro-mechanical, Chemical and Bioengineering or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies, Six Sigma principles, or similar tools is a plus
  • Hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn in various industrial environments
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
