Your Role

As a junior functional HCM consultant at Capgemini Belgium, you will have the opportunity to participate in every phase of software implementations in the field of HR. We are specialized in the implementation of 3 different software systems : SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft.

Multiple responsibilities might come your way within this role:

• Preparation: gather customer requirements, advise on the solution possibilities, demonstrate the tool, present the overall solution within the software;
• Realization: guide the customer on its business challenges, design HR processes, implement the requirements and processes in the setup of software tool, develop and execute testing;
• Training: help the customer to understand the implemented solution, both from business and technical point of view, prepare training material;
• Ownership: grow and become our expert within a certain domain, be the driving force for Capgemini Belgium, coach junior colleagues in acquiring the necessary skills.

Your Profile

• Bsc or Msc in Business Management, Administration or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• A strong willingness to learn and grow in project management
• First experience in project coordination, administration, or PMO is a plus
• Languages : You are a Dutch native speaker, with a good level of English. French is a plus
