Junior Finance SAP Consultant ADM - September 2026

Your Role

SAP, which stands for Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing, is one of the world’s leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms. Organizations across the globe rely on SAP to manage and optimize their end‑to‑end business processes.

 

As a Junior SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant, you will join Capgemini’s ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) team. Within this team, you work at the intersection of technology, data, and financial processes, supporting clients in the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of their SAP Finance & Controlling landscape. Together with your project team, you help organizations modernize their finance operations by translating business needs into robust, scalable, and future‑proof SAP solutions.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze financial business requirements and translate them into clear, structured SAP functional specifications
  • Participate in workshops with stakeholders to define scope, validate requirements, and ensure alignment across financial processes
  • Support testing activities, integration validation, cutover preparation, and go‑live phases
  • Apply SAP best practices and support clients in adopting a standard‑first, data‑driven approach
  • Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and other functional teams within ADM to ensure end‑to‑end process quality and consistency

Your Profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with passion about new technologies and change
  • Native in French or Dutch, with at least B2 proficiency in the other language, and fluency in English
  • Results-oriented and client-focused with a high level of commitment
