Your Role
Our Belgian SAP BI & Data team is made up of a dynamic and passionate group of individuals. With a collective experience ranging from 2 to +20 years, our colleagues have dedicated a significant portion of their careers to Capgemini, showing how much we love it here. From database migrations to data warehouses and dynamic reporting, we take it upon ourselves to maximize data-potential and empower our customers to extract the most value from their data.
As a Graduate Data Engineer, you’ll help build the data foundations that power modern analytics projects. Together with experienced colleagues, you will support the design, development, and operation of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models that enable clients to process and analyze large datasets. You’ll learn how to ensure data quality, collaborate with analysts and data scientists to turn requirements into working solutions, and help troubleshoot and improve platforms over time. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your skills on technologies such as SAP BTP, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud. If you are curious, hands-on, and eager to learn in a consultancy environment, this position is for you. What can you expect?

- You participate in client workshops and trainings, helping capture requirements and translate them into technical tasks with support from the team.
- You collaborate with experienced data engineers and consultants, asking questions, sharing progress, and continuously developing your skills through feedback, coaching, and hands-on work.

- You support proposal work, internal initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts around Data Solutions.
