Your Role

Start your career at the heart of our business operations. Are you a recent graduate with strong organizational skills and an interest in business operations, sales support, and project coordination? We are looking for a Junior PMO to support our Senior PMO, who works closely with the COO on key operational and commercial initiatives.

 

In this role, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day coordination of activities related to sales performance, reporting, administration, and business governance. You'll gain valuable exposure to senior leadership while developing strong project management and business support skills.

 

As a Junior PMO, you will support the Project Management Office in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and according to plan.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and dashboards
  • Coordinate meetings, follow up on actions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Monitor risks, issues, and project milestones
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and best practices

Your Profile

  • Bsc or Msc in Business Management, Administration or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • A strong willingness to learn and grow in project management
  • First experience in project coordination, administration, or PMO is a plus
  • Languages : You are a Dutch native speaker, with a good level of English. French is a plus.
