Job Description
- Location: Liège
- Monitoring the aging and reliability of instrumentation components using performance indicators, and analysing the health status of component subfamilies in line with established Component Health Monitoring (CHM) processes
- Defining, maintaining, and continuously improving maintenance strategies by equipment family and sub-family, integrating operational feedback and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements in maintenance plans and procedures
- Managing the full lifecycle of the preventive maintenance programme, including the translation and upkeep of qualification requirements into maintenance plans and validating recommendation notes
- Identifying and anticipating equipment obsolescence, contributing to cross-functional expertise teams to define resolution strategies such as equivalence analyses, commercial grade dedication, and reverse engineering
- Analysing root causes of component reworks and proposing corrective actions to prevent recurrence, while actively contributing to long-term operational and safety assessments
Job Description - Grade Specific
- You hold a degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering, with a specialisation in electrical, electromechanical, instrumentation, industrial reliability, or an equivalent field
- You have at least 5 years of experience
- You have developed strong skills in component reliability analysis and are comfortable working with technical documentation, standards, and regulatory frameworks — experience in the nuclear or energy sector is a strong advantage
- You are results-oriented, rigorous, and well-organised, with a sharp analytical and synthesis mindset that allows you to dive deep into complex technical files and translate findings into actionable strategies
- You are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating across departments, and open to seeking guidance when needed
- Proficiency in French and English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access), and familiarity with an ERP system such as SAP is considered an advantage
