Head of Delivery

Your Role

As Head of Delivery, you will take ownership of our Engineering & R&D delivery organisation in Belgium, leading a high-performing team and managing a significant client portfolio.
In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading the Belgian ER&D delivery organisation, overseeing a ~60M EUR annual revenue operation and directly managing a team of two Delivery Executives, ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and sustainable growth
• Managing a key client portfolio worth 15–20M EUR in annual revenue (GSK or Growth accounts), acting as a trusted strategic partner and driving client satisfaction, retention, and expansion
• Driving delivery performance across the organisation by setting clear standards, monitoring KPIs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure quality, profitability, and on-time delivery
• Contributing to business development and presales activities, leveraging your industry expertise and client relationships to support solutioning, proposals, and revenue growth across the Belgian market
• Collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Resource Management, and Engineering Community leads to ensure the delivery organisation is appropriately staffed, structured, and aligned with strategic objectives

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced and driven delivery leader who combines strong business acumen with a passion for engineering excellence.
You will bring:

• Proven leadership experience at a senior level within an engineering services or technology environment, with a track record of managing large-scale delivery organisations and multi-million EUR client portfolios
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently at C-suite level, understand client needs, and translate them into impactful delivery outcomes
• Financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing P&L responsibilities, cost centre oversight, and revenue targets in a complex, matrixed organisation
• Excellent people leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both client and internal audiences
