Your Role
Join Capgemini as a HRIS Engagement Manager and get the opportunity to support our customers in realizing digital transformations of their HR landscape by implementing SAP software solutions.
As a HRIS Engagement Manager at Capgemini Belgium, you will be responsible for leading and managing client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of HRIS projects, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. For this position you will play a key role in:
- Understanding client's needs, aligning project objectives with company goals, and ensuring the successful completion of the project at hand.
- Lead HRIS implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring a qualitative end-product that is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Play a central role in building, maintaining and enhancing client relationships and working collaboratively with solution architects, functional & technical leads in creating a fitting and competitive service offering.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues associated with project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Managing the financial outlook of the project and report on this to the Capgemini senior management.
- Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating with technical, functional, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Your Profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HRIS project management with good delivery or pre-sales background having demonstrated experience in managing projects.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors/SAP HR solutions and proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams ability to respond to RFP and having estimation capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English
- You are eligible for security clearance
