Your Role

As the Global Lead Buyer for Mobility, you will own the global strategy, governance, and performance for all employee mobility categories.  This includes a fleet of 14.000 company cars and multimodal transportation (rail, car rental, taxi & ride hailing). This position is Europe based.

You’ll report to the Global Travel & Mobility Category Director and work in close partnership with Fleet Operations and regional Travel Operations teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the global mobility category strategy, covering:

• • • TCO‑driven, user chooser centralized fleet management
    • Company‑car energy solutions, including home charging
    • OEM commercial negotiations and discount programs
    • Global vision for ground transportation (car rental, taxi, ride‑hailing)
    • Oversight of local rail contracts through local buyers

Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing performance management at global and local levels, with the help of local buyers. Manage strategic supplier relationships.

Drive best‑in‑class sourcing practices across regions to ensure compliance, cost optimization, and improved sustainability impact.

Collaborate with Fleet Management teams to optimize fleet policies, drive continuous process improvements, and stay ahead of technological developments.

Share fleet expertise and act as a knowledge leader within the team, leadership and broader organization.

Partner with Sustainability/ESG team to define carbon-reduction levers and lead the  carbon offset purchase program.

Report measurable results, including savings and performance indicators.

Maximize employee benefits through optimized mobility solutions and supplier programs.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in global procurement, covering the full mobility scope in large international corporations.
• Proven expertise in company‑car program management, including policy and process design. Knowledge of carbon‑offset markets is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to run RFx processes and lead complex global negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, including interaction with group‑level and country‑level leadership.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
