Functional Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM

YOUR ROLE

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant at Capgemini, you’ll guide organizations through complete HRIS implementations, helping them unlock the full potential of their HR processes.

As an Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultant, you will have multiple responsibilities within this role:

• Preparation: gather customer requirements, advise on the solution possibilities, demonstrate the tool, present the overall solution within the software;
• Realization: guide the customer on its business challenges, design HR processes, configure the requirements and processes in the setup of software tool, develop and execute testing;
• Training: help the customer to understand the implemented solution, both from business and technical point of view, prepare training material;
• Ownership: grow and become our expert within a certain domain, be the driving force for Capgemini Belgium, be part of project management, lead a team & coach colleagues on the job, participate in (pre-)sales processes

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree with at least 3 years of work experience within a similar role as a functional HRIS consultant
• You have hands-on experience in at least one of the following modules within Oracle Cloud HCM: Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning
• Having an Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist Certification constitutes a strong asset
• You pro-actively take ownership in your work, have strong communication skills and are a trusted advisor to customers.
• You have a professional working proficiency in Dutch and English. French constitutes an asset.
