As an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant at Capgemini, you’ll guide organizations through complete HRIS implementations, helping them unlock the full potential of their HR processes.

 

YOUR ROLE

As a Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultant, you will have multiple responsibilities within this role:

  • Preparation: gather customer requirements, advise on the solution possibilities, demonstrate the tool, present the overall solution within the software;
  • Realization: guide the customer on its business challenges, design HR processes, configure the requirements and processes in the setup of software tool, develop and execute testing;
  • Training: help the customer to understand the implemented solution, both from business and technical point of view, prepare training material;
  • Ownership: grow and become our expert within a certain domain, be the driving force for Capgemini Belgium, be part of project management, lead a team & coach colleagues on the job, participate in (pre-)sales processes

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience within a similar role as a functional HRIS consultant
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following modules within Oracle Cloud HCM is a must: Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning.
  • Owning an Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist certification is a big plus!
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English is necessary
  • Able to drive an end-to-end implementation while keeping your domain under control
  • Pro-actively taking ownership in your work/being hands-on
  • Potential to become a trusted advisor for customers with good communication skills
