Functional Analyst

Your Role

  • Analyse business processes, customer journeys, and user needs to define digital platform requirements and functional solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional analyses, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation.
  • Support Agile delivery by facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, stakeholder alignment, and requirement clarification.
  • Validate solutions through functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality reviews to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Drive consistency across customer-facing digital platforms, including portals, self-service applications, omnichannel experiences, and CMS/headless ecosystems.
  • Gather and model requirements within Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), collaborating with technical teams to support configurations, integrations, and successful platform implementation.

Your Profile

  • Proven Functional/Business Analyst with experience translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  • Experience in digital and customer-centric environments, focusing on process improvement and customer experience optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, including understanding of customer journeys and business processes.
  • Experienced working within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) in complex, multi-team environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
