Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Information Systems or a related field.
• Preferably 3-5 years or more of professional experience in functional analysis in Banking (Payments, Cards, Capital Markets).
• Proven experience leading analysis activities in medium- to high-complexity projects.
• Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Experience preparing functional analysis documents, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and implementable solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external entities.
• Experience managing requirements, dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
• Strong knowledge of the software development and testing lifecycle.
• Strong Proficiency in English, as well as at least mastery of either Dutch or French.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in digital transformation projects within the Banking sector.
• Knowledge of regulatory 
• Experience in business process reengineering.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling techniques.
• Experience with system integrations and interoperability.
• Knowledge of GDPR, digital accessibility, and information security.
• Strong technical expertise as a Java developer, experience with Swagger and related tools.
