Your Role
As an Electronics Project Manager in our Leuven office, you will play a pivotal role in driving semiconductor development projects from concept to production. In this position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge ASIC solutions that meet our clients' demanding requirements.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading and coordinating the full lifecycle of ASIC development projects, from initial specification through design, verification, validation, and production release
- Building and maintaining comprehensive project plans covering scope, milestones, risks, resources, and budget
- Driving alignment across multidisciplinary teams including architecture, design, verification, physical implementation, test, quality, and supply chain
- Managing communication with internal stakeholders and external partners such as IP vendors, design houses, foundries, and test labs
- Ensuring project deliverables meet performance, quality, reliability, and compliance expectations while providing transparent reporting to management
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of the ASIC development flow (specification, RTL/analog design, verification, DFT, physical implementation, qualification)
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or hardware development; experience managing technical projects is a strong asset
- Solid project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to coordinate cross-functional teams and work with remote or external partners
