Job Description

Location: Antwerp

  • Designing, developing, and testing electromechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards
  • Supporting the integration of mechanical and electrical systems, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contributing to troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electromechanical issues, proposing and implementing effective technical solutions
  • Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and maintenance procedures
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimise system performance and increase overall efficiency

Job Description - Grade Specific

  • You hold a Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field
  • You have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
  • You have a solid understanding of electromechanical principles, including knowledge of motors, actuators, sensors, and control systems
  • You are a collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills, able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and contribute proactively to team goals
  • You are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment, demonstrating curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, enabling you to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation
