YOUR ROLE

As a Data & AI Tech Lead, shape the technical vision of our clients’ data and AI transformations by translating business challenges into clear, scalable solution architectures, guiding delivery teams, and advising senior stakeholders with a strong consulting and strategic mindset. 

As a consultant, your role includes:
•    Shape end-to-end data, AI, and analytics solution architectures aligned with client business objectives. 
•    Translate business needs into actionable technical designs, architecture principles, and delivery approaches. 
•    Lead technical workstreams within broader consulting engagements, ensuring coherence, feasibility, and quality. 
•    Advise clients on technology strategy, platform choices, and target architecture options (cloud, data platforms, AI/GenAI). 
•    Conduct assessments, define solution roadmaps, and facilitate architecture workshops with business and IT stakeholders. 
•    Guide and challenge technical delivery teams (client or internal) while maintaining a consultingled, solutionfocused role. 
•    Ensure solutions respect security, data governance, responsible AI, and enterprise architecture standards. 
•    Support shaping of proposals and pre sales by providing a clear, pragmatic technical point of view. 
•    Mentor consultants on technical concepts (data architectures, AI solutioning, cloud patterns, automation). 
•    Contribute to the development of EDA methodologies, knowledge assets, and thought leadership.

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications and education requirements: 

•    A master’s degree in business engineering, applied economics, computer science, data science, information technology or similar. 
•    4–5 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, cloud architecture, or AI/analytics solution design. 
•    Strong understanding of cloud native data and AI architectures, including data platforms and integration patterns. 
•    Ability to architect solutions without needing to implement them; strong consulting mindset. 
•    Solid grounding in data modelling, data governance concepts, and platform engineering fundamentals. 
•    Familiarity with AI/GenAI and emerging agentic/automation solution patterns (orchestration, reasoning agents, enterprise workflows). 
•    You communicate clearly and effectively with both business and technical audiences. 
•    You are proactive, autonomous, and take strong ownership of your deliverables; you are curious and eager to explore topics related to data governance and Data & AI in general. 
•    You are fluent in English and Dutch (French is a strong plus).
