YOUR ROLE 

As a Consultant, Senior Consultant or Manager, you will help clients redesign how work gets done in the age of AI.
You will work with business leaders to understand how Generative AI, AI copilots and intelligent agents are reshaping workflows, decision-making, operating models and workforce requirements. You will help organizations redesign structures, processes and ways of working to create measurable business value from AI adoption. 
While AI-enabled transformation is a key focus of our work, you will also support broader operating model and enterprise transformation initiatives across corporate functions. 

Key Responsibilities

•  Design AI-enabled Target Operating Models across HR, Procurement, Finance, Shared Services and other enterprise functions 
•  Assess how AI, Copilots and intelligent agents can automate, augment or reinvent business activities and workflows 
•  Redesign processes, governance, organizational structures and workforce models for AI-powered organizations 
•  Quantify productivity, efficiency and value creation opportunities enabled by AI 
•  Develop business cases, value realization frameworks and transformation roadmaps 
•  Support workforce transformation, role redesign, capability development and future skills planning 
•  Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to design future-state organizations and operating models 
•  Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, insight generation and project delivery

What We're Looking For

Experience

•    1–8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business transformation or operating model design
•    Experience supporting organizational, functional or enterprise transformation initiatives
•    Experience in operating model design, process transformation, organizational effectiveness, shared services or workforce transformation
•    Exposure to enterprise functions such as Human Resources, Procurement, Finance or Shared Services
•    Experience developing business cases, productivity improvement initiatives, value realization approaches or benefits tracking is a plus

Skills

•    Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities
•    Ability to assess business performance and identify opportunities for transformation and value creation
•    Ability to structure complex business challenges and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations
•    Strong communication, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
•    Experience synthesizing insights into executive-level recommendations
•    Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent solutions in a professional environment
•    Strong understanding of how AI, copilots and intelligent agents are transforming organizations, enterprise functions and operating models
