Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to support global clinical supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth distribution of clinical trial materials worldwide. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing complex logistics activities while working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and quality-driven environment.

Your responsabilities

  • Coordinate international shipments and distribution activities.
  • Manage warehousing operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Monitor deliveries and work with transportation providers to resolve issues.
  • Maintain logistics documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Support the management of SOPs, deviations, investigations, and change controls.
  • Handle archiving activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient operations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated environment.
  • Understanding of warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of GMP requirements.Experience working with ERP systems; SAP is an asset.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
