CQV Engineer - VIE

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a CQV engineer to join our manufacturing & operations department.. As a CQV Engineer, you will manage commissioning, qualification and validation at different phases in the process, from being in contact with the supplier to the validation and testing of the equipment within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the commissioning in different phases (start-up, qualification, etc.).
• Define the qualification and validation approach.
• Perform equipment/process risk analysis (FMEA).
• Write qualification documents (protocols/test sheets/validation plan).
• Carry out Equipment Commissioning (FAT/SAT).
• Coordinate and perform qualification (IQ, OQ) tests.
• Manage and document deviations and non-conformities during test runs.
• Work in close cooperation with production, EHS, engineering, maintenance, QC, QA, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent degree
• Fluent in French/English
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, cGMP regulations and guidelines in the area of system qualification
• Knowledge of the different systems used during the manufacturing process
• Strong analytical thinking, risk assessment and communication skills.
• Collaboration and teaming skills
• Mindset for innovation and optimization
