Your Role
As an Electrical CAD Designer, you will be a key technical contributor across diverse and challenging site projects, from laboratory revamping to lighting systems and equipment power supply. In this role you will play a key role in:
- Producing, maintaining, and managing electrical CAD drawings and documentation across multiple parallel projects, ensuring full consistency of the graphical database from concept through to as-built delivery
- Validating and challenging technical requirements, bringing a proactive and analytical mindset to propose optimised solutions rather than simply executing requests
- Performing on-site measurements and verifications, including access to electrical panels, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with project specifications
- Coordinating and ensuring external partners adhere to internal CAD standards, supporting overall project execution and on-time delivery
- Participating actively in technical and design reviews, contributing your expertise to drive quality outcomes across laboratory, building, lighting, and industrial power supply projects
Your Profile
We are looking for a technically strong and autonomous Electrical CAD Designer with a solid industrial background and a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in electrical CAD design within an industrial environment (non-residential/tertiary), demonstrating real end-to-end project delivery
- Expert-level proficiency in EPLAN and ElecCalc, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex electrical documentation independently across concurrent projects
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the confidence to challenge technical briefs and propose well-reasoned, optimised design solutions
- Fluency in both French and English (B2–C1 level), combined with a willingness to work on-site and access electrical panels (BA4 certification or equivalent required)
- Familiarity with document management tools and additional CAD software such as ProjectWise, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or Revit/BIM is considered a strong asset, as is experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of RGIE electrical regulations
