Business Analyst - VIE

YOUR ROLE

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet client needs
  • Supporting projects from scoping to delivery. You'll be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle
  • Producing clear documentation. This includes process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
  • Running workshops and meetings. You'll help translate business needs into clear, actionable insights
  • Spotting opportunities for improvement. You'll recommend solutions that drive real value for clients and the business

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role. You understand core BA methodologies and best practices
  • You communicate with confidence. You can engage clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You have experience with requirements management tools and process mapping. You are comfortable in agile or hybrid environments
  • You are analytical and detail-oriented. You can manage multiple priorities without losing focus
  • You are a team player with a growth mindset. You are eager to learn and grow within a global organisation
  • Fluent in English
