YOUR ROLE
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and functional experts to define, document and integrate SCADA-related processes into the corporate process mapping framework.
- Leading the design and writing of User Acceptance Test (UAT) books in partnership with business teams and the testing governance department, ensuring all necessary data is identified and prepared.
- Producing comprehensive training materials and identifying the cases and data required for demonstrations and training sessions.
- Delivering training sessions jointly with the integrator, ensuring end users are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to work effectively within the SCADA environment.
- Contributing to additional project streams and deliverables as the project schedule evolves, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to project delivery.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for candidates who bring:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an industrial, energy, or utility environment, with a solid understanding of SCADA systems or similar operational technologies.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable process documentation and test scenarios.
- Experience writing UAT books and managing user acceptance testing processes, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to quality assurance.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead training sessions and engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willing to travel minimum 3 days a week
