Business Analyst (VIE)

Your role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support strategic and operational initiatives by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and track KPIs.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 or 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
