Business Analyst (Data and AI) - Strategy and Transformation Associate Consultant

Your Role

As a Business Analyst within our Data & AI team, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven transformation for our clients. Your responsibilities include:

· Supporting the team in generating actionable business insights from data to help clients make better decisions;

· Building and maintaining dashboards and reports using modern BI tools;

· Collaborating with senior team members to identify and prioritize new use cases for data and analytics;

· Participating in workshops and meetings with clients to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions;

· Learning and applying best practices in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling;

· Developing skills in data engineering, AI, and coding (e.g., SQL, Python) with the support of experienced colleagues;

· Contributing to a positive team spirit and an open, collaborative work environment.

Your Profile

· Strong interest in data, analytics, and how they can transform businesses;

· Experience or coursework in data analysis, dashboarding, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel);

· Willingness to learn coding and data engineering skills (experience with SQL or Python is a plus);

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, economics, engineering, mathematics, business);

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, native proficiency in Dutch, and strong command of French is an additional advantage;

· Commitment to client success and willingness to go the extra mile;

· Active listening and stakeholder management skills combined with the ability to identify diverging interests to maneuver project to the best possible outcome;

· Collaborative mindset, helpful attitude and empathic nature.
