YOUR ROLE

As an Assembly Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of assembly processes for our clients' innovative products. Working at the intersection of design and production, you'll leverage your technical expertise to optimize assembly operations and drive quality improvements.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Providing technical support and acting as a liaison between customers and sub-contractors to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any assembly-related issues
  • Following all package development activities, including conceptual design, feasibility study, substrate fabrication, and assembly
  • Organizing and managing the flow of volume production assembly to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Discussing and addressing potential yield and/or reliability issues, conducting failure analysis, and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize assembly processes and enhance product quality

YOUR PROFILE

  • A Master's degree in Electronics Engineering 
  • Excperience in semiconductors sector is mandatory 
  • Experience with SoC devices and various IC-packaging methods
  • Proven experience in project-based work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Pro-active, customer-focused, and highly motivated to work within a team of engineers
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
