Your role
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Designing and implementing proof-of-concept applications for interactive and audience-facing stage experiences, collaborating closely with artistic and technical partners to seamlessly integrate with existing software and hardware systems.
- Defining and implementing robust application and infrastructure architectures, developing, deploying and maintaining fullstack applications, APIs and edge AI components.
- Running and optimising CUDA-accelerated AI and LLM models on edge devices such as Jetson, ensuring high performance and reliability in live stage environments.
- Setting up automated Quality Assurance and testing systems to ensure consistency, stability and scalability across all developed applications.
- Taking ownership of the full software development lifecycle, combining architectural thinking with hands-on implementation and applying CI/CD and software deployment best practices.
Your profile
- You bring at least 4 years of experience as an Application Engineer or similar role, with strong hands-on expertise in TypeScript and Python, and solid experience in both backend/API and frontend development using frameworks such as React, Vue or Svelte.
- You have proven experience with infrastructure setup and Infrastructure as Code, as well as a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software deployment practices.
- You are comfortable working with CUDA-accelerated AI/LLM models on edge devices, and are able to combine high-level architectural thinking with practical, hands-on implementation.
- You are highly autonomous, proactive and results-driven, with strong collaboration and communication skills; experience with Unity/Unreal Engine or an affinity with music technology, MIDI or digital sheet music is considered a plus.
