Job Description

Tasks:

• Build and optimise AI/NLP models, including LLMs and transformer‑based architectures.
• Develop core text‑processing components (tokenisation, NER, classification, clustering).
• Fine‑tune pre‑trained models and run experiments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Write clean, scalable Python code and contribute to ML architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML features.
• Communicate results through clear documentation, analyses, and visualisations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 13 years of professional experience.
• Strong experience in ML/NLP and Python (Pandas, SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
• Hands‑on knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Elasticsearch, MongoDB).
• Experience with transformer models, LLMs, and experimental design (A/B testing).
• Good understanding of scalable ML systems and model deployment.
• Solid data‑visualisation skills (Matplotlib, Seaborn) and clean coding practices.
• Awareness of ML fairness, bias, and mitigation techniques.
