Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer to join our Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI technology, developing cutting-edge solutions, supporting RFI and RFP processes, and contributing to business development initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI models and systems that drive value for our clients and support Capgemini's growth in the AI space.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems for our clients.
  2. Collaborate with the CoE team to establish best practices, standards, and methodologies for AI development and implementation.
  3. Support the RFI and RFP process by providing technical expertise, creating solution architectures, and estimating effort for AI-related projects.
  4. Contribute to business development activities by participating in client meetings, creating technical presentations, and demonstrating AI capabilities.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, trends, and methodologies, and share knowledge with the team.
  6. Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to showcase AI capabilities to potential clients.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  8. Collaborate with global teams to leverage shared knowledge and resources within Capgemini's AI community.
  9. Ensure that AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.

Your Profile

  1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  3. Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  5. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services.
  6. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  8. Experience in agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  9. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Experience in writing technical proposals or contributing to RFI and RFP responses is highly desirable.
  11. Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and responsible AI practices
