YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an AI Consultant, you sit at the frontier of one of the most significant shifts in how businesses operate. You help organizations stop experimenting and start delivering, identifying where AI creates real value, shaping the approach, and guiding teams from first use case to production-ready solution.
You are fluent enough in the mechanics of generative AI, agentic workflows, and machine learning to challenge technical teams, and sharp enough on strategy to earn the trust of senior client stakeholders. Beyond advising clients, you actively shape how project teams work: embedding AI tools and reusable assets into delivery so that every engagement moves faster and leaves something behind. 

Your role includes:

•    Identify and prioritize AI use cases that are feasible, scalable, and tied to measurable business outcomes
•    Embed AI-driven ways of working within project teams, from accelerating research, analysis, and deliverable production using generative AI tools, to building reusable prompts, agents, and workflows that raise the baseline across engagements
•    Design end-to-end AI solutions in collaboration with data engineers, ML engineers, and business stakeholders, from problem framing to solution architecture
•    Guide clients on generative AI and LLM adoption, including prompt design, RAG-based architectures, and the integration of AI agents into business workflows
•    Assess AI readiness across data, technology, and organization, and translate findings into actionable transformation roadmaps
•    Translate complex AI concepts into clear recommendations for C-level and operational audiences, and support change management where AI reshapes how teams work

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for AI consultants with 2-5 years of experience in several of the following areas: 

•    Solid grasp of generative AI and LLMs (e.g. GPT-4, Claude, Gemini), from prompt engineering and RAG architectures to agentic AI frameworks, with the curiosity and comfort to build and iterate using vibe coding techniques. 
•    Daily working proficiency with Claude Chat, Claude Code, and Cowork, or similar tools, as core instruments for research, development, and delivery
•    Exposure to Machine Learning concepts (classification, regression, anomaly detection) and the ability to scope and evaluate predictive use cases in a business context
•    Strong AI-assisted writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling deliverables by working fluidly with generative AI tools
•    Ability to assess AI solutions critically, understanding their limitations, failure modes, and trade-offs, and translating findings into recommendations that resonate with both business and technical audiences
•    Fluency in English and Dutch or French
