AI & Software Solutions Engineer | Semiconductor

Your Role

• Developing and maintaining software solutions that enhance the efficiency of semiconductor R&D and manufacturing activities, contributing to the evolution of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform and its surrounding ecosystem.
• Building production-quality applications, services and APIs on top of an enterprise R&D Data Platform, leveraging cloud technologies and modern data engineering practices.
• Designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents, copilots and automation tools that support and empower engineering teams in their day-to-day workflows.
• Creating tools that streamline process flow definition, process execution, reporting and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
• Applying your expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), machine learning or advanced analytics to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

Your Profile

• You hold a master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related discipline.
• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• You are a strong software developer, proficient in Python or a comparable language, and comfortable working with databases, APIs, cloud platforms and data engineering concepts.
• You have solid experience working with AI technologies such as large language models, AI agents, RAG pipelines, machine learning or advanced analytics, and are eager to apply these in a complex industrial context.
• You communicate with confidence and clarity, with fluency in written and spoken English, and thrive in collaborative, international engineering environments.
• You bring a problem-solving mindset, take ownership of your work, and are motivated by delivering high-quality solutions that make a real difference in engineering operations.
