(Medior) Project Manager

YOUR ROLE

As a (Medior) Project Manager, you take ownership of delivering projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment between business goals and execution. You act as the central point of coordination, balancing, scope, time, cost and quality while driving teams toward successful outcomes.

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully
  • Own project planning and execution across scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risks
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and proactively manage dependencies
  • Translate business requirements into structured project plans and deliverables
  • Set up and manage work breakdown structures, KPIs, and performance reporting; Monitor progress and drive corrective actions where needed
  • Manage the full lifecycle, from initiation through delivery and handover

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who have a pragmatic approach & helicopter view, who are comfortable operating in ambiguity and thrive in environments where priorities evolve quickly, who have already take up responsibility and are ready to take the next step in their project management career by gaining hands-on experience across diverse clients and industries.

 

Must‑haves:

  • Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) and professional verbal proficiency in French and English.
  • 2-5 years of proven Project Manager experience
  • Ability to create structure in complex environments; to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines; to communicate clearly on both management and project team level; Strong stakeholder management skills, both Business and IT
  • Solid understanding of Project Management practices (planning, risk, governance) and clear view on the characteristics of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

 

Nice‑to‑haves:

  • Professional certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Project Management, PSM II, Leading SAFe, PMP or equivalent; Experience in the life science sector is a strong advantage.
