At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. Join us to drive transformation tailored to our clients' challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.
Joining frog means you'll be joining the "pond," a global network of studios, each with a thriving in-person and vibrant virtual culture. frogs are curious, collaborative, and courageous, united by our passion for improving the human experience through design, while each bringing our unique and diverse skills and experiences to the table.
Your Role
Senior Product Managers own the strategy, definition, and delivery of physical and digital products and services at the engagement level - not a single workstream. You balance vision, strategy, data, design, and execution, and you're accountable when a client's senior stakeholders ask why the product function is or isn't working.
As a frog Senior Product Manager, you represent the deepest bench of craft in product strategy, definition, and delivery - both as a practitioner and as the person other Product Managers look to for judgment calls. You own the client relationship with senior stakeholders (VP/Head of Product level), not just the day-to-day conversation. You originate the perspectives and value-oriented approaches that shape how an engagement's product function runs, and you're expected to actively grow frog's presence on the account and in the market.
In this role you will play a key part in:
- Own Product Strategy & Vision - Set the product vision and roadmap approach for an engagement, aligning business objectives with customer needs and defending that roadmap to senior client stakeholders
- Direct Product Lifecycle Execution - Own accountability for the full product lifecycle across an engagement, including ideation, definition, and delivery, balancing innovation, feasibility, and business impact across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Set Product Frameworks & Methodologies - Determine which product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and Agile approaches an engagement runs on, and adapt them as client context demands
- Lead Cross-Functional & Cross-Team Collaboration - Direct designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders across multiple workstreams to deliver aligned, customer-centric solutions
- Resolve Ambiguity & Escalations - Take on the high-stakes, organizationally or politically complex problems that workstream-level Product Managers escalate
- Advocate for the Customer at the Strategic Level - Ensure user research, market data, and experimentation inform not just feature decisions but overall product strategy
- Develop Product Talent - Staff, coach, and manage the performance and career development of Product Managers and Consultants on the engagement
- Drive Business Development - Own contributions to proposals, SOWs, and pitches for existing accounts; identify and pursue account growth and expansion opportunities
- Build frog's External Presence - Contribute to thought leadership, represent frog's product point of view in client executive settings, and support recruiting for the practice
- Own AI/GenAI/Agentic Strategy & Adoption - Set the strategy for where and how AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities get embedded into the engagement's product roadmap and operating model; hold the team accountable for applying these tools in delivery, and advise clients directly on AI-driven product opportunities and risk
Qualifications & Experience
You have a proven ability to think commercially, strategically, and creatively - and a track record of being the senior product voice clients trust when the stakes are highest, not just a strong individual contributor.
- 7+ years of professional product management experience, with demonstrated progression into strategic ownership and team leadership - tenure alone does not meet this bar
- Track record of owning product strategy and go-to-market for at least one major product line, platform, or 0-to-1 launch
- Direct experience staffing, coaching, or managing the performance of other Product Managers or Consultants
- Demonstrated business development contribution: proposal writing, SOW shaping, or account growth in a consulting or agency context
- Highly developed strategic, concepting, and data analysis skills, demonstrated in a portfolio of senior-level work
- Executive-level presence: proven ability to advise and influence VP/C-suite client stakeholders
- Deep fluency in Agile/lean product operating models, including standing one up inside a client organization
- Proficiency with contemporary prototyping and research tools and methods
- Demonstrated experience directing or advising on the use of AI/GenAI/agentic capabilities within a product strategy or roadmap - not just personal tool usage, but a track record of making the call on where these capabilities belong in a client's product operating model. This is a required, not optional, capability for all Invent hires
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
