Capgemini is seeking an experienced Transformation & Change Lead to help clients successfully navigate large-scale business and technology transformations. This role is responsible for leading organizational change management strategies that drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, adoption, and sustainment across enterprise programs.

 

As a trusted advisor to client leadership, you will work closely with executives, business stakeholders, project teams, and delivery leadership to ensure organizational impacts are understood, risks are managed, and stakeholders are prepared to adopt new ways of working. You will lead change initiatives across business process transformation, technology modernization, operating model redesign, and enterprise-wide change programs.

 

The ideal candidate brings a combination of change leadership, stakeholder management, business transformation, and consulting experience, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive successful adoption outcomes.  Heorshe is responsible for the completion of a small or medium sized project can lead a team. Heorshe develops a reputation for its specific domain expertise internally and stats to develop market visibility. He or she is involved in training delivery to share knowledge in the organization.

 

The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. He/she develops customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives.

Your Role

 

 

  • Lead organizational change management strategies and activities to support the successful adoption of business processes, technology solutions, operating models, and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams to assess organizational impacts, stakeholder needs, adoption risks, and readiness requirements across complex programs.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, leadership messaging, and adoption approaches aligned to business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while facilitating workshops, impact assessments, readiness reviews, feedback sessions, and alignment discussions across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Drive organizational readiness by monitoring stakeholder sentiment, adoption progress, change risks, and business impacts while recommending mitigation strategies and escalation plans as needed.
  • Lead the development of executive presentations, communications, training strategies, user guidance, leadership briefings, and adoption collateral to support successful transformation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business, training, governance, project management, and delivery teams to integrate change activities into overall program plans, milestones, and governance frameworks.
  • Define and track change management metrics, adoption KPIs, readiness indicators, and program outcomes while providing regular reporting to client and Capgemini leadership.
  • Mentor junior team members, contribute to change management methodologies, and support business development, proposals, and transformation pursuits.

Your Skills and Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-12+ years of experience leading organizational change management, business transformation, business readiness, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Proven experience developing and executing change management strategies for large-scale business and technology initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments across people, process, technology, and organizational dimensions.
  • Demonstrated success facilitating workshops, leadership sessions, readiness reviews, training activities, and stakeholder engagement programs.
  • Experience creating executive-level communications, presentations, adoption plans, and governance reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder environments within a consulting or client-facing setting.
  • Experience working directly with client business teams, program leadership, and executive sponsors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale business transformation, ERP, digital transformation, or operating model modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methodologies.
  • Prosci, PMP, or related change management/project management certifications preferred.
  • Experience within consulting organizations or professional services environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to support communications, analysis, content development, and productivity.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 88,544 - $ 233,248

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
