About The Job You’re Considering
Capgemini is seeking an experienced Business Analyst & Client Engagement Lead to support a strategic Digital Support Program for a leading restaurant industry client. This highly visible, client-facing role serves as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and Capgemini’s offshore delivery teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis expertise with exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive successful digital product delivery, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution.
Your Role
Business Analysis
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to manage backlog intake, refinement, and prioritization.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating initiatives into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to delivery teams and aligned with business objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the onshore face of the Capgemini delivery team and primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across IT, digital, and business teams.
- Provide proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic guidance to support client success.
Program Coordination
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between client stakeholders and offshore teams, particularly during non-overlapping business hours.
- Ensure action items, decisions, risks, and dependencies are effectively tracked and managed.
Governance & Reporting
- Support weekly, monthly, and executive-level project reviews.
- Monitor and report on key delivery metrics, including sprint velocity, test execution, defect trends, and release performance.
- Maintain project documentation and status reporting to support governance and transparency.
Delivery Alignment
- Drive timely decision-making by securing approvals, clarifications, and priority updates from stakeholders.
- Ensure offshore teams receive clear direction and context to maintain delivery momentum and sprint commitments.
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies when necessary.
Change Management
- Document, evaluate, and coordinate change requests in accordance with contractual and SOW governance processes.
- Support impact assessments and ensure stakeholder alignment on scope changes.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting digital product or technology delivery initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related Agile project management tools.
- Understanding of digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across global onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a client-facing environment.
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as: React , ionic
- Understanding of system integration, API-driven architectures, and digital customer experience platforms.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite at a client location in Plano, TX, as required
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
