"Capgemini seeks a key member of the Insights & Data Go-to-Market (GTM) team.
The NA Insights & Data (I&D) PreSales Solution Architect is responsible for leading large, complex technical solutioning initiatives, typically in support of 1-2 clients. This role represents an outstanding opportunity to join Capgemini at a client and solutioning leadership level, with the ability to move into delivery, account management or practice executive roles in the future. Please note: this role requires a combination of extensive data, AI and analytics knowledge along with experience designing and managing large, technical implementations and programs. In short, **you will leverage your deep, technical knowledge of data, AI and analytics to guide our clients through successful data and AI programs**.
Your role
- Responsible for serving as a key data, AI and analytics strategy and technical implementation advisor
- Accountable for meeting set financial growth objectives and for improving overall customer satisfaction targets.
- Responsible to build and maintain strong client relationships with the objective of being a trusted business partner
- Proactively work with Client to identify their business objectives, priorities and directions, critical success factors and applies this knowledge to establish and implement an account strategy
- Leads and motivates multi-functional teams in dispersed or complex environments
- Considers 'the bigger picture' when making decisions and can articulate the vision
Skills and experience
- Proven experience as a solution architect, solutioning and designing large, complex data engineering, machine learning and/or Generative and Agentic AI solutions
- Deep experience, including certifications, in at least one, major North American hyperscaler (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).
- Equally balanced skills in key general management areas of client relationship management, consultative selling, service delivery management and team / people management
- Prior experience as a hands-on delivery leader managing complex and transformational AI, data and analytics implementations such as: data management and transformation, generative AI, data estate modernization, data governance, business intelligence, AI analytics & visualization, etc. across various platforms, tools and solutions
- Technical leadership and solution architecture experience to lead complex I&D projects
- Ability to conduct technical analysis of the solution and communicate vision and strategic alignment of objectives effectively to executive stakeholders
- Experience in modern fast-paced delivery methods, Agile/SAFe delivery and managing distributed delivery across on/offshore
- Excellent analytical & technical skills, strong leadership skills; planning and organizational skills
- 10-12+ Years of Experience in hands-on delivery of technical projects; spanning areas from consulting, engagement/business management, project / program delivery / service delivery / transition / management, and people management
- Communication/Negotiation- Teamwork at highest levels. Plan and conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments
- Problem Solving - Anticipate, create and define innovative and visionary concepts in strategic environment
- Contribution/Leadership -Develops and implements product, market, business, or technology strategies with executive review
- Able to demonstrate a level of maturity while under constant pressure from the business and technology community
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $161,1777 - $213,811.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
